Wash 200 grams of mushrooms thoroughly and take them out, do not keep them in water for long because they start swelling. Wipe them well with a cloth, then remove the stalk and cut the mushroom slices. 2. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan. Reduce the flame to low and put ½ tsp of cumin, ½ tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of coriander powder and 1 tbsp of dry fenugreek (crush and remove the stalk) in the hot oil. Fry them lightly. 3. Then add tomato-green chilli-ginger-cashew paste (2 tomatoes, 1 green chilli, ½ inch of ginger and 10-12 cashew nuts) to it. Then after mixing them, add 1.5 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder and fry it on low-medium flame, stirring it for a while. 4. After roasting, add ¼ cup of fresh cream and fry the spices till they leave the oil. Then add chopped mushrooms, ¾ tsp of salt and some green coriander to it. Mix them well and cook for 1-2 minutes, then add ½ cup of water and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. 5. When the time is up, put a sachet of Maggi Masala-e-Magic in it. Mix it well and cover the vegetable and cook for 2 minutes. When the time is up, mushroom masala curry will be ready. Serve it with roti, paratha, naan or rice and enjoy the taste. #mushroom masala #veenascurryworld ആവശ്യം ഉള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ കൂൺ -250 ഗ്രാം സവാള -2 ഇഞ്ചി വെളുത്തുള്ളി അരച്ചത് - 1 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ പച്ചമുളക് -2 + 2 മുളക് പൊടി - 1 1 / 4 ടി സ്പൂൺ മല്ലി പൊടി -1 ടി സ്പൂൺ മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി -1 / 2 ടി സ്പൂൺ ഗരം മസാല -1 1 / 4 ടി സ്പൂൺ ഉപ്പ് - ആവശ്യത്തിന് പഞ്ചസാര -1 / 4 ടി സ്പൂൺ കസൂരി മേത്തി - തക്കാളി -1 ചൂട് വെള്ളം -1 കപ്പ് അണ്ടിപ്പരിപ്പ് അരച്ചത് - 2 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ (ഓർ ) ഫ്രഷ് ക്രീം Ingredients Mushroom -250gm Onion -2 medium Ginger Garlic Paste -1tbsp Chilli Powder -1 1/4tsp Coriander powder - 1tsp Turmeric Powder -1/2tsp Garam Masala -1 1/4tsp cumin powder -1/4 tsp Kasoori Methi - Green chilli -2 plus 2 Tomato -1 big or 2 small Salt - Sugar -1/4tsp Cashew nut Paste or Fresh Cream - 2tbsp Hot Water -1cup Method Slice the button mushroom into medium pieces. Take a bowl add 1 ¼ chilly powder ,coriander powder,jeera powder and turmeric powder.Mix these powders and keep aside.Take a kadai and heat some oil. Saute onion .Add salt . Saute till the onions are translucent add ginger garlic paste.Add some green chillies. Saute this .Add some Kasturi methi.saute well. Now reduce the heat to low. Now add the powder mix. SAute till the raw smell goes. Add tomato puree. Close the lid and let it cook well. Stir occasionally. Add some garam masala.Mix well. Then add the mushrooms. Mix the masala well on the mushrooms.Add hot water for your gravy. Let the water boil for 5 mins. The thickness of the gravy you can decide. Add 15 cashew paste to this gravy.Mix well.Add sugar (optional). Add kasthuri methi in the end. A pinch of garam masala in the end.Check the salt and other spices. Garnish with green chilli. Mushroom varutharacha Curry Step 1 Ingredients Mushroom -250g Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspoon Clean the mushroom by rinse well with turmeric powder and water. Keep it aside. Step 2 For Grinding Ingredients Scraped coconut -3/4 piece of Coconut Shallots - 3-4 piec e Coriander - 1 1/2 tspoon Garlic - 3 - 4 piece Dry chilli - 3-4 piece Fennel seeds- 1 1/2 tspoon Cinnamon -1-2 piece Cloves- 3-4 piece Add 2- 3 spoon of oil on pan and fry the ingredients from scraped coconut to dry chilli till brown color. Keep it aside till cool down. Once cool down, grind the fried ingredients along with all masalas ( fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves) to very fine smooth paste. Step 3 For making Curry Ingredients Coconut oil 5-6 tspoon Mustard Seeds 1 tspoon Shallots- 10-12 piece cut into small pieces Coconut piece - 1/4 coconut cut medium equal pieces Dry chilli - 3-4 piece Green chilli - 3-4 piece Ginger - 1 medium piece Salt - as required Put a pan add coconut oil, once oil get hot add mustard seeds let it splutter. Add 1/4 of Shallots, Coconut pieces and Dry chillies. Once this ingredients turned brown add rest of shallots, green chillies, curry leaves and Mushroom then add turmeric powder. Once all mixed well add the grounded paste to the pan and add salt. Close the lid and let it cook well for 15 minutes. Add black peppercorns, coriander seeds, green cardamom, water and boil it for 5-10 minutes. Add curd and mix it well. Give it a boil. For Mushroom Mutter In a deep bottom pan, add butter, garlic cloves, ginger, green chilli and saute it well. Add butter, onion and saute it for a minute. Add raisins, turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder, coriander powder and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add butter and saute it for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree, butter and cook on medium flame till the paste thickens. Add mushroom and saute it well. Cover it with the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Now, strain the mushroom stock and transfer it into a pan and mix it well. Add green peas and cook on low flame, add butter and mix it well. Add mint leaves, spring onion, coriander leaves and mix it well. Garnish it with coriander sprig and sprinkle some prepared masala and serve hot with roti. For Masala In a bowl, add green cardamom, black peppercorns, dry fenugreek leaves. Transfer it into a grinder jar and grind it into a fine powder.
